Mandatory Non-Medical Practice Declaration
Glamorise provides non-medical aesthetic and personal care sessions. These cosmetic services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and do not replace consultation with a qualified medical doctor.
All service offerings (including Botox neuromodulator units at $10–$18 per unit, dermal filler syringes at $550–$1,000 per syringe, HydraFacial conditioning at $150–$350 per session, laser hair removal at $125–$400 per zone, CoolSculpting contouring at $1,200–$3,500 per zone, Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling at $800–$2,500 per session, and standard microneedling at $200–$700 per session) are non-emergency aesthetic protocols. Clients requiring specialized medical dermatology or clinical evaluation should consult an external physician.
Mandatory Physician Clearance Workflows
Clients who are pregnant, nursing, experiencing active inflammatory skin outbreaks, or managing neuromuscular disorders are not eligible for cosmetic injectable or radiofrequency sessions until formal written clearance from their attending physician is provided to our studio.
