Glamorise operates a private aesthetic suite inside the 400 South LaSalle Street commercial complex in downtown Chicago. The studio is operated by a licensed cosmetologist who has completed 120 documented client sessions.

Glamorise provides non-medical aesthetic and personal care sessions. These cosmetic services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and do not replace consultation with a qualified medical doctor.

Our offerings consist of instruction, structured skin conditioning, cosmetic injectables, and body contouring techniques:

• Botox cosmetic neuromodulator unit placement for superficial facial expression lines.
• Hyaluronic acid dermal filler syringe applications for cosmetic volume restoration.
• HydraFacial vortex cleansing, mechanical exfoliation, and topical antioxidant hydration.
• Diode laser hair removal across specified anatomical zones.
• CoolSculpting cryolipolysis body contouring applicators for localized subcutaneous tissue refinement.

We do not diagnose dermatological disease, treat chronic pain, prescribe systemic pharmaceutical drugs, perform surgical operations, or provide emergency hospital care. If you present with active rashes, open dermal sores, unexplained cutaneous lesions, or active autoimmune skin disorders, our practitioner will decline service and require you to obtain written clearance from your dermatologist or medical physician.

• Dermal Fillers: $550 to $1,000 per 1.0 mL pre-packaged syringe. A typical session consumes 1 to 2 syringes.
• HydraFacial: $150 to $350 per session depending on standard cleansing or deluxe booster additions.
• Laser Hair Removal: $125 to $400 per session per anatomical zone.
• CoolSculpting: $1,200 to $3,500 per target area based on applicator cup dimensions and 35-minute cooling cycles.
• Morpheus8 RF: $800 to $2,500 per session depending on surface area (full face, neck, or lower body).
• Microneedling: $200 to $700 per session based on topical serum infusion selection.

A final quote depends on: targeted surface zone; volume of cosmetic formula; unit count; procedure type; single session or multi-session course; and total treatment surface area. Multi-session courses of three or more appointments receive an automatic 12% protocol discount.

When using glamorise.click, you agree not to engage in any unlawful or abusive conduct:

• Transmitting false, deceptive, or misleading intake details or booking consultations under fabricated identities.
• Submitting automated spam, bot traffic, or malicious scripts through our zofi892.php inquiry handler or kinucd8.php support endpoint.
• Circumventing honeypot inputs (including the branch and homepage fields) or tampering with the timestamp validation token.
• Attempting unauthorized access to administrative directories, source files, or backend databases.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Glamorise, its solo practitioner, affiliates, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to this website, reliance on estimates generated by the price estimator, or performance of scheduled cosmetic procedures.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability for any dispute or claim arising out of your relationship with Glamorise exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Glamorise for the specific procedural session at issue, or $500 USD, whichever is greater.

To maintain our private suite schedule, we enforce strict appointment policies:

• 24-Hour Rescheduling Rule: You must provide at least 24 hours of advance notice by telephone (+1 307-555-3072) or email (office@glamorise.click) to reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment without forfeiture of deposit.
• Contraindication Cancellations: If you develop active facial infections, open lesions, or start contraindicated medications (such as blood thinners) within 24 hours of an appointment, contact us immediately. We will reschedule your visit without penalty once medical clearance is established.
• Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate ongoing sessions, or revoke suite access for any client who exhibits abusive behavior toward staff, misrepresents health histories, or fails to meet procedural safety criteria.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to our studio operations or website shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You irrevocably agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
