Single-Use Syringe & Sterile Inspection Protocol
Every client receiving Botox units ($10–$18 per unit) or hyaluronic acid dermal fillers ($550–$1,000 per syringe) receives visual confirmation of the manufacturer's holographic tamper seal before the product is opened. The practitioner verifies the factory lot number, expiration date, and volumetric capacity in the client's direct presence.
All injection needles, blunt-tip cannulas, antiseptic gauze pads, and Morpheus8 or microneedling pin cartridges are single-use disposable devices. After completion of the session, all sharp instruments are immediately discarded into rigid, wall-mounted biohazard containers conforming to OSHA and Illinois Department of Public Health standards.

Manufacturer Authenticity & Cold-Chain Log
Glamorise procures neuromodulators and dermal fillers exclusively through authorized domestic pharmaceutical distributors. We maintain a continuous cold-chain temperature log (monitored between 2°C and 8°C) for all botulinum neurotoxin products.
We warrant that no compounded, imported, grey-market, or unapproved cosmetic substances are ever utilized within our practice. A duplicate tracking label containing the manufacturer serial number is affixed to your internal procedural record upon request.

Aesthetic Hardware Certification & Maintenance
All procedural equipment deployed in our LaSalle Street suite—including our diode hair reduction laser ($125–$400 per zone), CoolSculpting cryolipolysis cups ($1,200–$3,500 per zone), Morpheus8 radiofrequency generator ($800–$2,500 per session), and HydraFacial vortex machine ($150–$350 per session)—is manufacturer-calibrated and maintained under active service contracts.
Energy-emitting handpieces undergo routine fluence, optical pulse duration, and cooling interface temperature calibrations. Protective eyewear is provided and inspected prior to any optical or laser session.

Explicit Absence of Medical Outcome Promises
Aesthetic procedures interact with unique biological substrates, skin thickness, cellular turnover rates, and metabolic variance. Glamorise provides protocol fidelity and technical execution; we do not warrant, promise, or guarantee specific cosmetic outcomes, cellular transformations, or bodily symmetry.
Cosmetic sessions do not diagnose dermatological pathology, treat skin illness, or replace care delivered by licensed medical doctors. We never provide guarantees of permanent relief, pain reduction, or accelerated recovery times.
Mandatory Physician Clearance Workflows
Clients with active skin infections, pregnant or nursing status, or systemic neuromuscular conditions must obtain formal clearance from their physician before any cosmetic appointment can proceed.

Fee Schedule Integrity & Unit Billing Precision
Our studio does not employ undisclosed facility charges, hidden tray fees, or bundled retainers. The price established during your anatomical evaluation corresponds strictly to the confirmed units, syringes, or treated zones:
Botox: $10 to $18 per unit, calculated on the exact unit count dispensed.
Dermal Fillers: $550 to $1,000 per 1.0 mL pre-packaged syringe.
HydraFacial: $150 to $350 per multi-step vortex skin session.
Laser Hair Removal: $125 to $400 per session per anatomical area.
CoolSculpting: $1,200 to $3,500 per vacuum cooling cup applicator zone.
Morpheus8 RF: $800 to $2,500 per radiofrequency microneedling session.
Collagen Microneedling: $200 to $700 per single session.
If a procedure requires fewer units than originally estimated, your final invoice is adjusted downward to match the units actually administered.

Dispute Resolution & Protocol Review Process
If a client believes an appointment deviated from our stated hygiene or hardware standards, they may file a formal protocol dispute within 14 calendar days of the session date. Our studio will review the procedural log, lot tracking records, and session notes within 5 business days.
Where a documented procedural failure or hardware malfunction occurred, Glamorise provides a complimentary re-evaluation session or applies an account credit corresponding to the disputed units. Monetary refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under Illinois commercial contract laws.
Mandatory Non-Medical Practice Declaration
Glamorise provides non-medical aesthetic and personal care sessions. These cosmetic services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and do not replace consultation with a qualified medical doctor.
All client intake procedures require full disclosure of contraindications and external physician clearance where indicated. Inquiries submitted via this site do not create a doctor-patient relationship.
